In Moscow I had a problem, which was not related to you in anyway.
In Moscow metro some one stole the lens of my camera.
My travel insurance will cover my loss and I'll get a new lens.

One of the problems in Russia is trust. We were delighted with the service at a travel agency I found online. I sent them money to buy train tickets that cannot be purchased online, and they went and picked them up and held them for us for months. Run by three really knowledgeable, helpful women, Palytra has a brilliant website with a series of photographs showing the front of the building they're in, the actual entrance in the back, their front door and the office inside. That plus the map with the path to take from the Metro station across the traffic circle not only gave me confidence they weren't another scam, but provided a flawless way for us to walk straight in and upstairs and find them without a false step. If you need tickets for anything to or in Russia, Palytra is the dependable, quality choice.

Ya de vuelta en nuestra pais nos gustaria darte las gracias por toda la organización de nuestra estancia de 5 dias en San Petersburgo. Nos ha encantado tu ciudad. Todos los tours que has organizado para nosotros han estado muy bien. Las dos guias son buenas pero nos quedamos indudablemente con Paulina. Por supuesto que recomendaremos vuestros servicios a todo el mundo que nos pregunte. El Hotel Comfort estaba muy bien, lo mejor su ubicación tan próxima a los lugares por donde un turista que visita por primera vez la ciudad se va a mover. Nos encantaría volver para conocer más a fondo Rusia y no sólo capitales, asi que seguiremos en contacto. Muchas gracias de nuevo .

Aunque ha pasado ya casi un mes desde que regresamos, me gustaría enviarte mi agradecimiento por vuestro apoyo en el viaje que realizamos a vuestro país.

Hemos venido muy contentas. Yo había estado en San Petersburgo y en Moscú hacía más de 20 años y lo he encontrado muy cambiado. Me ha encantado todo lo que he visto y he disfrutado mucho del viaje, incluso te diría que me ha sabido a poco.

Ten por seguro que a todos cuantos me pregunten por nuestro viaje y me manifiesten las ganas que tienen de ir, les pasaré tus datos para que se pongan en contacto con vosotros.

También dale las gracias a Daria, una chica encantadora y muy atenta. En general, todas las guías fueron muy atentas, Ana en nuestra última etapa del Anillo de Oro, Nina, en Serguiev, Rostov y Yaroslavl. Quizás la que nos resultó un poco más tarambana fue Tatiana en Moscú. Con esta contratamos directamente una visita al metro y al Monasterio de Novodevichy y tuvimos algún pequeño problema que solucionamos.

Pero en general muy bien todo. Los tour que contratamos con vosotros muy bien, muy contentas con los trayectos en coche y las visitas realizadas. Tanto, que incluso podemos pensar en que pasado un tiempo repetiremos vuestro país.

I have been planning quite a complicated rail trip from London to Moscow and Katerina has been so helpful in providing everything I need to know for the Helsinki to Moscow part.
